Recap
St Johnstone and Aberdeen finished their friendly match as part of the Chris Millar Testimonial in Perth today, all square at 2-2 in the hot sunshine at McDiarmid Park.
It didn’t start as planned for the Dons when David Wotherspoon opened the scoring for The Saints only for Stevie May to counter shortly afterwards clipping the ball over Zander Clark.
Just under 30 minutes into the first half, and Scott Wright was on target for the Dons to take the lead.
St Johnstone got their equaliser in the second-half however, when Greg Hurst beat Michael Devlin before firing past Joe Lewis.
