Dylan McGeouch

Tuesday Transfer Round-up

A flurry of transfer activity today with Aberdeen agreeing a fee for Dylan McGeouch with personal terms and length of contract still to be confirmed although it is expected a finalised deal will be announced tonight (Tuesday 7 January 2020).

Dylan was granted permission to hold talks with Aberdeen over a move from Sunderland having falling out of favour under new Black Cats boss Phil Parkinson.

The midfielder has made only 12 appearances for Sunderland this term and has not been involved for the Sky Bet League One outfit at all since November.

It is expected he will join the Dons at our training camp in Dubai.

Meanwhile, Aberdeen are believed to be weighing up a move for Burnley’s defender, Jimmy Dunne.

Dunne has yet to make a senior appearance for Premier League Burnley but spent six months on loan at Hearts last season.

The centre back spent the first half of this season with English League One outfit Fleetwood Town.
