St Johnstone and Hamilton Matches Will Go Ahead As Planned
Following the new lockdown restrictions that have been imposed on the City of Aberdeen, the SPFL have confirmed that the fixture in Perth this Saturday against St Johnstone and the midweek home fixture against Hamilton will go ahead as planned.
Measures are being imposed in Aberdeen because of a coronavirus cluster, with pubs and restaurants closing from 17:00 BST on Wednesday.
People are being told not to visit the city and those living there face travel restrictions.
Aberdeen FC Ladies have confirmed however that all training has been postponed for the remainder of this week and next.
TRAINING UPDATE Given today’s announcement by the First Minister relating to Aberdeen & some enforced lockdown restrictions, we feel as a club it would be best to postpone ALL training for the remainder of this week and next. We will keep you updated accordingly.
