Jack Gurr Joins Aberdeen On One-Year Deal

As revealed on the AFC DONScast last week, Aberdeen FC have signed defender Jack Gurr.

Gurr has signed a one-year deal with the Dons, after spending the majority of his playing career in the US.

He made his debut for Atlanta Utd 2 in March 2020, and made a break through the the Atlanta Utd first team in April this year.

Commenting on the signing, Stephen Glass said : “Having worked with Jack for almost two years I know exactly the type of player we are getting, and he will be a good addition to the group.

“Jack is an attacking full back who understands exactly how we want to play.

“I’m looking forward to seeing the contribution he can make to our campaign this season.”

Jack said: “Aberdeen are a great team and it’s a great city from what I’ve seen so far.

“I’m excited and can’t wait to get started!”
