AFC Club Shop and Ticket Office Re-opening
The Aberdeen FC Club Shop will re-open from Monday 13 July 2020 on reduced hours with the Ticket Office due to re-open from Thursday 16 July 2020.
The revised opening hours for the Shop and Ticket Office are:
- Monday to Friday – 10am to 4pm
- Saturday and Sunday – Closed
New measures will be in place to ensure the safety of staff and supporters.
Entering the Club Shop and Ticket Office
Whether you are heading to the club shop or ticket office you must enter via the main entrance to the Club Shopp, accessible via Pittodrie Street. Please do not enter if you have any symptoms associated with COVID-19.
Queuing
Please be aware that you may have to queue before you enter as the shop and ticket office are operating at reduced capacity, please be patient and observe social distancing guidelines. In-line with Government regulations please also wear a face covering at this time.
Inside
When you enter there will be hand sanitiser available for all supporters and a one way system that will guide you through the Shop and Ticket Office.
Be sure to ask a member of the team if you need help locating a specific item or service.
Making payment
At the till point there will be hand sanitiser available and although they will still be accepting cash payments, the club ask if you can please go contactless and use your card whenever possible.
After completing your purchase, you will then be asked to exit via the Ticket Office as part of the one-way system.
