Aberdeen Announce Ballot For Festive Home Fixtures

Aberdeen Football Club have announced a ballot for tickets for the forthcoming games against Dundee on Boxing Day and Rangers on 29 December 2021.

With restrictions of supporters limited to 500, due to new COVID rules, the club are planning on the basis of the matches going ahead, pending the vote by Premiership clubs later this evening.

The club have stated that “We firmly believe that these matches should be postponed until all supporters are able to attend. But we must plan for matches going ahead with only 500 and do everything we can to give fans’ enough notice until we have clarity on the situation. ”

The ballots will be open to all 21/22 season ticket holders, including supporters who purchased a mid-season ticket.

All supporters will be seated on their own, socially distanced from other supporters in the South Stand.

Ballot Information

A single ballot will be operated for both the Dundee & Rangers matches. This is to make things easier for supporters and also to remove the possibility that some fans will be successful for both matches when the vast majority of season ticket members will miss out.

All 2021/22 season ticket members can access the ballot for both matches online now or by calling the Pittodrie Ticket Office before 6pm this evening on 01224 63 1903.

Season ticket members must enter the ballot by 9am on Thursday 23rd December to be in with a chance of attending either match.
