RIP ‘Andy at the Gate’
We are devastated by the news of the passing of Andrew Cheyne.
‘Andy at the Gate’ was a well kent face at Pittodrie, Balgownie and Cormack Park – an ever present, positive and kind gentleman that will be sorely missed by all.
We pass on our thoughts to his family and all that had the pleasure to know him.

The Club is deeply saddened to hear of Andrew Cheyne’s passing.
‘Andy at the Gate’ was renowned for offering guests a heartfelt and friendly welcome. Andy had an infectious personality and was an outstanding ambassador for AFC. He will be sorely missed by everyone.

Andy was kind, friendly, cheery, caring and with a huge heart. Always smiling, always helping others, always making me laugh with his jokes
