Mason Hancock Signs New Deal, Austin Samuels Leaves

Aberdeen Football Club have confirmed that Mason Hancock has signed a one-year extension with the club and has joined Stirling Albion on loan for the remainder of the season.

Mason signed for Aberdeen in August 2020 after a successful trial. The 18-year-old from south London previously had spells at Woking and Oxford United.

Mason captained the Aberdeen B side in the Challenge Cup this season, leading them to wins over Brora Rangers and Arbroath and has been on the bench on a number of occasions for the first team. He will join a Stirling side who are now managed by former Dons captain Darren Young.

Meanwhile, Austin Samuels loan spell with Aberdeen has come to an end, with the player returning to Wolves.
