Livingston v Aberdeen Match Postponed Again

The Livingston v Aberdeen match that was due to take place this evening, has been postponed again due to a waterlogged pitch.

A late check of the pitch at Almondvale by referee Steven McLean showed that there were sections of the pitch still waterlogged after efforts to clear the pitch of puddles.

The call to postpone the match was taken after discussion with both managers ten minutes after the match was due to kick-off.

It’s the second time  in two weeks this match has now been postponed, after the original fixture on 30 December 2020 was postponed due to a frozen pitch.
