Dons Target Loan Deal For Leeds Utd Edmondson

Aberdeen hope to resolve their striker injury crisis by bringing in Leeds Utd and England U-19 international Ryan Edmondson as cover for Sam Cosgrove who has been ruled out due to a knee injury.

Derek McInnes hopes to sign the player on loan until January 2021 ahead of the season opener against Rangers at Pittodrie on Saturday.

Curtis Main is also out with a thigh injury.
