Mobile Ticketing

AFC Mobile Ticketing Trial Continues

Aberdeen are continuing their mobile ticketing trial this season, starting with the Ross County match this weekend for season ticket holders in the Richard Donald Stand and Main Stand.

The mobile ticketing service supports Apple and Android devices.  Your device needs to have NFC capability and if it is an Android device you will need to have the Google Pay app installed.

To add your season ticket to your digital wallet, you should have received an email from Aberdeen FC with details on how to add your season ticket to your Apple or Android device.

Once you have downloaded your season ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app, you will be able to use this to gain access to the stadium on match days.

To do this, hold your device on the top of the reader (where you normally tap your season ticket card) at the turnstiles in the Richard Donald and Main Stands.  You may need to authenticate yourself on your phone before the ticket works – just follow the instructions on your phone’s screen.

Because it is still in trial, please also have your physical season card with you – just in case!

If you have an Apple Watch this will also work.  Android Smart watches are not officially supported yet.

The club intend to roll out mobile ticketing to the Merkland Stand and South Stand over the next few weeks.  They are also looking at the option for introducing mobile ticketing for single ticket match buyers by the end of the year.
