The AFC Big Supporters Survey 2018 is one of the largest surveys undertaken with the Aberdeen FC support in recent years.
We wanted to engage with supporters and canvas your opinions on a range of Aberdeen FC related topics from the matchday experience to the AberDNA membership scheme.
The survey covered ten subject matters:
- Demographics
- Matchday attendance
- Expectations
- Rules and regulations of the game
- Football and the media
- Investment
- AberDNA and Season Tickets
- Kingsford Stadium
- Aberdeen FC Supporters Clubs
- AFC in the Community
The survey took place between 6 August 2018 and 30 September 2018. In total 456 fans participated which is a fairly healthy response in relation to comparative surveys taken in Scottish football.

We would like to pass on a big thanks to everyone who took the time to complete the survey this year. The survey has been shared with Aberdeen Football Club to help influence future decisions to do with the club in the areas surveyed.
A follow-up survey will take place in August 2019, with a survey specifically to do with the new stadium at Kingsford published early in 2019.
