ABZ Football Podcast Launches

The landscape for Dons football podcasts has expanded further this week with the launch of The ABZ Football Podcast.

The weeky(ish) podcast will be looking at all things Aberdeen FC and will be hosted by three Dons season ticket holders (Gary Scott, Graham Steele and Gavin Baxter) who’ve seen more downs that ups while following their favourite team.

They aim to be fiercely independent and want to provide a high-quality, engaging look at all the goings on at Pittodrie and Cormack Park as well as providing a full overview of the Club itself, including regular look at the AFC Women’s team and the AFC Community Trust.

This week sees the launch of their very first episode – which looks at the ins and outs from Pittodrie during the close season to date and they discuss their aspirations for the 2021/22 season and what they hope to see.

They also take a deep-dive on our UEFA Europa Conference League opponents, BK Häcken with Christopher and Jonas from the BK Häcken podcast and an exclusive interview with our man in Spain, lifelong Dons fanatic, the journalist Graham Hunter.

They have a packed pipeline of guests lined up for future podcasts, starting with Arild Stavrum in Episode 2, which is due out next week, 26 July 2021.
